Delete your account

If you wish to delete your account, email or call us using the details below and we will help you out! We do not retain any personally identifying data aside from your past charging sessions for accounting purposes, which only includes the energy consumed and cost. All other personally identifying data is deleted!

To begin, email us from the address registered to your account on eMotion Charging or LECO Charging. Please ensure that your name and email align with each other, as the request will not be processed if your details do not match. In the body, please write “I would like to delete my account on eMotion Charging”.

Please do note that deletion will take up to 7 days to process and we will notify you by email once we’ve received your request and completed processing it.
